altitude training - Part I
altitude training is a popular method in endurance sports. We now know how it feels sometimes :-)!
The video above is Part I of our aforementioned volcano practice in 3500 meters above sea level in Costa Rica. The air is very thin here, burn the lungs. This part was force-oriented, Part II then shows what you can do anything further without equipment, yet the mood for a workout! We have sightseeing associated with training.
